Shipping Information

Bananas Music has been shipping around the world for almost 37 years.

We strive to make sure all our customers buying experiences are what they hoped it would be.

We want you our customers to feel secure that your package will reach you undamaged.

We use Industry standard packaging especially manufactured for shipping vinyl recordings.

We ship using LP mailers with stiff cardboard inserts.

We ship with the record outside of the jacket unless its sealed.

In the event something should happen to your package, we will work with you to find a solution.

What shipping methods do we offer?

We prefer to use United States Postal Service. It is by far the least expensive and because of delivery confirmation, most packages can be tracked.

We would consider Federal Express if necessary, but only for Domestic mail.

When will your package be shipped?

For domestic packages we normally ship same business day that the order has been paid for. Our normal business hours are Tuesday through Sat 10-5. International packages are usually shipped Wed through Friday.

How will you know if your package has shipped?

You will get an email notifying you the the package has shipped.

Do we ship to your location?

We ship worldwide.

Because of mail service in some Countries we cannot guarantee or insure packages being sent to Brazil, Russia, Mexico, African nations and Italy.

What should you do if you have not received your package?

Please email us. All Domestic packages are sent delivery confirmation. International packages can attempt to be traced through the customs declaration number. Please allow enough time for your package to arrive. Most international packages arrive within 2 weeks of purchase. Packages have been known to be delayed in customs which can delay delivery by a week or more.
